Warranty on used equipment
Every unit we sell is covered for parts and labour, at no extra cost. How long depends on the grade, and the exact figure is printed on each listing.
How long you are covered
180 days on grade A and open-box units. 90 days on grade B and grade C. The warranty period for the specific unit you are buying is shown on its product page and on your receipt.
Cover starts the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you order.
What is covered
Anything that stops the device doing its job under normal use: a port that stops responding, a screen that develops a fault, a keyboard key that fails, a fan that seizes, storage or memory that goes bad.
Battery capacity is covered if it falls more than 10 percentage points below the figure printed on the listing within the warranty period. Normal gradual decline is not a fault.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid ingress, and anything caused by a third-party repair or modification after delivery.
Cosmetic wear that was described and photographed on the listing. That wear is what the grade and the price reflect — a grade C unit is sold as scratched, so the scratches are not a defect.
Consumables: ear tips, cables and third-party accessories included as extras.
Making a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description. A photo or a short video of the fault usually saves a round trip. We arrange collection at our cost.
We repair where a repair is sensible. Where it is not, we replace with an equivalent unit of the same grade or better, and if we cannot, we refund in full. Turnaround is typically 5 to 8 business days from collection.
This is in addition to your legal rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under Michigan and United States consumer law, including protections against goods that were not as described. If our warranty and the law disagree, the law wins.
