Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Site data: aggregate, cookie-free analytics covering page views and referrers. No cross-site tracking pixels, no advertising networks.

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and answer your messages. Where you have opted in, to send one newsletter a month.

The lawful bases are contract performance for orders and consent for marketing.

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support correspondence for two years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every email.

Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), and our email provider (receipts and support replies). Each receives only what that job needs. Nobody buys data from us, because we do not sell it.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we respond within 30 days. Deleting order records is limited by the tax retention period above.
