Terms of sale

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.

Prices are in US dollars and include the warranty stated on each listing. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund in full — your choice, before anything ships.

Stock counts on product pages are live but not reserved until payment clears. In the rare case something sells out between your order and dispatch, we refund immediately and tell you when it returns.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store card numbers.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and none of it affects your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
